Ball Valves

Our ball valves are state-of-the-art in terms of design and function with imported components and all steel bodies. These are three piece designs having structural integrity even at very high pressures. We also manufacture sub-plate mounted ball valves which are interchangeable with many European valves. Seats are machined from black POM and MoS2 material to give consistent performance, good quality and a longer life cycle.

Line Mounted Ball Valve  

Subplate Mounted Ball Valve

This is a line mounted ball valve in three piece construction. It can be used to manually shut off the flow completely in a circuit. The force required to shut off the valve is minimal. Seats are black POM and the ball is SS. The ball ‘floats’ in the seat, giving perfect adjustment. Seats have special fillers in the material which reduces the friction. The flow is stopped within ¼ turn of the handle.   Subplate mounted ball valves allow for a smooth shut off in a circuit. Imported Stainless Steel balls and Black POM and Molybdenum disulphide seats allow the ball to ‘float’ in the seat, giving perfect adjustment. The material has fillers which reduce friction between the gliding surfaces. The flow is stopped within ¼ turn of the handle.
