Tucson offers Solenoid Operated Directional Control Poppet valves in a cartridge construction. These valves are “Zero-Leak” and hence superior in terms of energy saving when compared to spool valves. They allow low viscosity oils to be used as well as certain circuit constructions that cannot be used with spool valves. Low viscosity oils reduce the pressure loss due to resistance to flow. Explosion Proof Solenoid operated valves are also supplied for off shore applications. Tucson also offers high end proportional valves with electronics having feedback card mounted on the valve itself.
