Tucson Hydrocontrols has a supplier list that spans across countries. In order to obtain only the best components to go into our valves, we ensure that we deal with suppliers of the highest quality standards no matter where they are based. For components, critical matched-ground and honed assemblies to an accuracy of less than 1 micron are imported from Belgium. Springs are outsourced to the United Kingdom as are our Seals kits, O-rings, Backup rings and Thrust washers. POM Seats are imported from Germany. Balls for the ball valves are sourced from Taiwan.

For raw materials, we import Spheriodal Grade (SG) continuous cast bars from the United Kingdom. Aluminium is either sourced locally (Hindalco) or from Russia. Mild steel billets for manifolds are supplied by the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) with requisite test certificates.

We are still on the lookout for suppliers having state of the art turning centres and vertical machining centres for turning cartridge components and machining valve bodies. Companies having capabilities for designing cartridge valves independently are also welcome to contact us.
